Do You Have Your Own YouTube Channel Yet?
Most people don't realize the exceptional power of YouTube as a social media marketing strategy.
In terms of it's reach, not only is watching videos online becoming a major pastime; but more importantly, YouTube has become the number two search engine behind Google and ahead of Yahoo! and Microsoft's Bing. This is a MAJOR development.
In addition, there is nothing closer to a face-to-face presentation than the impact of a real person who is speaking with authenticity via video. In other words, a video of you explaining your passion for your product or service sure beats the heck out of text, no matter how brilliantly the words on your web page may be written.
Once you have your own YouTube account, click here for YouTube's support details on how to customize your channel.

Our Latest Custom WordPress Website
Very often these days, ComBridges is recommending WordPress (the installed and highly-customizable wordpress.org version) as a content management system (CMS). There are two main reasons. First, its user-friendly website admin interface enables clients to easily edit their own websites. And, second, WordPress provides the social media marketing benefits of a blog that is seamlessly integrated into your website.
The most recent example of this kind of project is The Marin Plan, the San Francisco Bay Area's premiere health and longivity center; and we thank them for these kind words:
"ComBridges makes creating a memorable website painless and fun
...and trust me, they know a lot more about Web marketing
and communication than most of us ever will.
I recommend Jon and his team with total enthusiasm."

"What Every Business Needs to Know About Internet Marketing" — Workshop and/or Teleseminar
My workshop, teleseminar and/or keynote, "What Every Business Needs to Know About Internet Marketing" has become a signature presentation. Frankly, I'm surprised that more speakers don't provide a similar overview. Of course, there are lots of speakers on social media these days; but what this presentation does—in terms of putting all of the different strategies, from SEO to pay-per-click advertising to social media marketing, into a useful perspective—continues to be unique. With an updated version of my ebook of the same name in the works, I'm enthusiastically looking for opportunities to give this presentation.
